Account & Registration

Registering with PH59 is quick and free. Head over to ph59.best/register, fill in your personal details — full name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth — then choose a username and password. Confirm your age (you must be at least 21 years old) and agree to our Terms and Conditions. You'll receive a verification code via SMS or email to activate your account. The whole process takes less than three minutes.

Yes. You must be at least 21 years old to register and use PH59. This is a strict requirement in line with Philippine gaming regulations. All accounts are subject to identity verification, and any account found to belong to someone under 21 will be immediately suspended.

No. PH59 enforces a strict one-account-per-person rule. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings. If you've lost access to your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact our support team instead of creating a new one.

To complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, log in and go to Account Settings. Upload a clear photo of any valid Philippine government-issued ID — UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, or PRC ID. You may also be asked for a selfie holding your ID and a recent proof of address like a utility bill or bank statement. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Full KYC is required before your first withdrawal.

Changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity verification and must be requested through our support team at support@ph59.best. We'll guide you through the process and may require supporting documents to confirm the change.

Deposits & Withdrawals

PH59 supports all major Filipino payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, and bank transfers from BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. We also accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit on PH59 is ₱100 for most payment methods, including GCash and Maya. This low minimum is intentional — we want every Filipino player to be able to enjoy PH59 without feeling pressured to deposit a large amount right away.

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are typically credited to your PH59 account within a few minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 1 hour, while PESONet transfers can take up to 1 business day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after these timeframes, contact our support team with your reference number.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your KYC verification is complete. GCash and Maya withdrawals are usually the fastest — often same day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. PH59 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own charges.

For security and anti-money laundering compliance, PH59 generally requires withdrawals to be made to the same account used for deposits. If you need to withdraw to a different account — for example, if you no longer have access to your original GCash number — contact our support team and provide ID documentation to verify the request.

Sports Betting

PH59 covers a wide range of sports popular among Filipino bettors: football (including the Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and more), basketball (PBA, NBA, UAAP), volleyball, boxing, tennis, MMA, baseball, and e-sports. We also offer traditional Filipino betting on Sabong (cockfighting) via live streaming. Live in-play betting is available on most major events.

PH59 displays odds in decimal format by default (e.g., 2.50), but you can switch to fractional or American odds in your account settings. Decimal odds show your total return per ₱1 wagered — so odds of 2.50 on a ₱500 bet would return ₱1,250 (₱500 × 2.50), including your original stake. Live betting (also called in-play betting) lets you place bets on a match or event while it's already in progress. The odds update in real time based on what's happening in the game — so if a team scores, the odds shift immediately. Live betting is available on most major football, basketball, and tennis events on PH59. Just click on any live event in the sports lobby to see available in-play markets.

If a match is postponed and not replayed within 48 hours, your bet is typically voided and your stake is returned to your PH59 account. If the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours, the bet usually stands. In the case of a cancellation or abandonment before the official result, bets are generally voided unless a specific number of minutes has been played (depending on the sport). PH59's Sabong section streams live cockfighting matches and allows you to bet on the outcome — Meron (the favored rooster), Wala (the underdog), or Draw. Odds are displayed for each side before the match begins. Just select your rooster, enter your stake amount in Philippine Peso, and confirm your bet before the betting window closes. Minimum bet amounts start as low as ₱10 on most markets, making PH59 accessible for all types of bettors. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market type — higher-profile matches typically have higher maximum stakes. You'll see the applicable min/max limits displayed on each betting market when you select your bet.

Bonuses & Promotions

New PH59 members receive a welcome deposit match bonus of up to ₱5,000 on their first deposit. The bonus is credited automatically after your first qualifying deposit. Minimum deposit and wagering requirements apply — full details are available on the promotions section of your account after registration.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) specify how many times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw it as cash. For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totaling ₱10,000 before the bonus converts to real cash. Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some other game types may contribute at a lower rate. Always check the specific terms attached to each bonus.

Security & Privacy

To enable 2FA, log in to your PH59 account, go to Account Settings, and select the Security tab. You can activate 2FA via SMS to your registered mobile number or by linking an authenticator app. Once enabled, you'll need to enter a one-time verification code every time you log in from a new device. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and navigate to the Player Protection tab. Select Self-Exclusion, choose your preferred period (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent), and confirm. Your account will be locked immediately and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access promotional content during the exclusion period. This cannot be reversed during the chosen timeframe.
