General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the PH59 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). PH59 has a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals or bonuses forfeited. Identity verification (KYC) may be required at any time, and failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe will result in account restrictions.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on PH59 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). PH59 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash and Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. PH59 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All deposited funds must be used for betting purposes on the Platform. PH59 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership to prevent fraud and money laundering. Funds that cannot be verified may be held pending review.

Bonuses and Promotions

PH59 regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and special promotions to both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x to 20x the bonus amount) that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Only one bonus can be active at a time per account unless stated otherwise.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, collusion, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer will be treated as bonus abuse. PH59 may cancel bonuses, reverse winnings derived from abusive behavior, and permanently suspend the accounts involved.

Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

PH59 offers a wide range of betting markets including football, basketball, Sabong, and other sports and casino games. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PH59 does not accept cancellations after a bet has been placed, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.
• In the event of an obvious or manifest error in odds (e.g., a grossly incorrect price), PH59 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• For live/in-play betting, bets placed after an event has concluded or after a decisive moment (e.g., a goal in football) may be voided at PH59's discretion if the market was not properly suspended in time.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to PH59's specific sport rules, which are available on the relevant betting page.
• PH59 limits maximum bet amounts per market and reserves the right to restrict individual accounts that consistently exploit pricing inefficiencies.

Winnings will be credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of each bet. Settlement times may vary depending on the event and sport. For Sabong events, results are based on official PAGCOR-licensed outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH59 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Identity Theft: Using false, stolen, or borrowed identity documents to register or verify an account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, particularly in poker-style or peer-to-peer games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Match Fixing: Any involvement in the manipulation of sporting events for financial gain.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access by any person under 21 years of age.

PH59 monitors all accounts and betting activity around the clock. Our risk and compliance team uses advanced tools to detect irregular patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, your account may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the PH59 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
